Ridge Vineyards Wine Dinner

Few wineries are able to garner unquestioned respect and love from both consumers and wine professionals. Ridge is one of those wineries. Home to perhaps California’s greatest winemaker, Paul Draper, Ridge has reigned for decades producing legendary Cabernet, Zinfandel and other varietals from their estates in Santa Cruz, Lytton Springs and from various vineyards in Sonoma County. These are wines that walk a thrilling tight rope as they display power, complexity and a constant sense of terroir. We are thrilled to host Dan Buckler, the International Director of wines for this magnificent property, on Wednesday, March 14th. These are truly spectacular wines and I couldn’t think of a better evening than basking in their brilliance. This will include their other-worldly Zinfandels, estate Cabernet, Merlot and even a surprise or two. We hope you’ll join us for a tremendous night of Chef Hugo’s food, first-rate company and spectacular wine.
